My role is that of an energetic incubator… I create the space and conditions for you to be able to unlock long-held unconscious patterns, heal, regulate your nervous system, resolve trauma, gestate and midwife ideas and creativity and businesses, realize dreams, meet and embody forgotten parts of Self, and bring creative visions into tangible form.
Working with the nervous system, the Psyche, the Soma, and the Spirit- I help women feel good again, find safety in their bodies, and return to their most Authentic Selves so they can create lives, relationships, and businesses aligned with who they really are.
Through energy work, intuitive insight, parts work, attachment therapy, Somatic work, and art, I help my clients feel seen, heard, valued, and deeply held.
Healing happens in phases: First, you must awaken unconscious patterns, beliefs, stories, and themes that have shaped your experiences in life without your awareness. Next, you find where they live in your body, and release and resolve them. Then, we make meaning of the stories and what happened so we can move forward in purpose, and live a life according to our Spirit/Soul/Most Authentic and Aligned Self. Last, is the integration and strategic planning… the how we incorporate what we learned into our daily lives and actually LIVE and EMBODY who we are becoming.

With 15 years experience as a Photographer and business owner, and 8 years experience in energy work and studying the psyche, I have been working with and guiding women in unlocking the flow of life force energy, harnessing it, and accessing their innate power to heal their relationships with their bodies, their relationships with partners, resolve trauma, transform, thrive, align, & create in every area of life.
I believe that at the heart of existence lies a deep yearning… to be seen, heard, valued, and deeply witnessed. This longing is not only human, but energetic, and universal; Every energy, emotion, wound, creation, desire, every part/aspect of us seeks recognition and integration into the greater whole. Every single story desires to be told. I hold the conviction that harmony begins within- balancing masculine and feminine energies, aligning structure and flow, and integrating left and right brain wisdom and medicine. When these forces are expressed healthily within, they ripple outward into how we experience our reality, and into the Collective as well; Shaping a more balanced, abundant and thriving world.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve immersed myself in the art and alchemy of transformation, and my work draws from a deep well of study, practices, and modalities. Psycho-spiritual work integrates psychological and spiritual practices to support holistic healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. It recognizes that true well-being involves addressing the mind, the body, and the soul- understanding that emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual layers of energy are all interconnected. Through this type of work, I help you explore your inner landscape, uncover hidden patterns, and align with your deeper purpose or Higher Self.
I see the path forward as one of integration and unity. The harmonization of science and spirituality, logic and intuition, masculine and feminine, old and new, east and west, and organic systems with technology is the key to a thriving future. These are not opposites but complements, each contributing to the creation of a more vibrant and connected existence. I believe every human is a unique expression of the collective- experiencing itself through our individual stories, gifts, and offerings. Our contributions, however small or grand, form an intricate and beautiful mosaic- a living masterpiece of the whole.
